Before your visit:
There are a couple of things to do prior to your first visit. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out over the phone or via email.
Be sure to completely fill out your health information digitally after booking.
Submit any imaging, reports or other clinical documents 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure Dr. Grey has time to review it before your visit
Save the key code and directions sent to you allowing you to enter the office easily on the day of your appointment
Wear comfortable clothing to allow for a thorough exam (shirts, pants, workout attire are best; avoid wearing turtlenecks, dresses, or skirts) If you need to bring a change of clothing, plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early.
When you arrive at the office, be sure it is Studio 1 at 1844 Market Street. Input the key code sent to you to enter the building securely. Dr. Grey will greet you and give you a tour of the office and explain on your first visit, you’ll be reviewing your health history together followed by the exam. It is best to wear clothing that is comfortable and non-restrictive. After the exam, Dr. Grey may refer you for imaging before your next visit. Most patients are not adjusted during their first visit.
You’ll arrive in the office and Dr. Grey will review your exam findings and any imaging that you have. After reviewing the recommendations and asking any questions, you’ll then receive your first adjustment and rest as necessary.
After the second visit
After the first and second visit, visits are much faster. You’ll share with Dr. Grey how you’ve been feeling, any improvements and changes you’ve noticed along with anything else that factors into your overall health. Dr. Grey will then check to see if you’re holding your prior adjustments and if any additional ones are necessary along with any post-adjustment rest.
